I had the pleasure of staying with Kiek for 4 nights in October, with four friends. The location is wonderful, and Kiek is a superb hostess. This is a B&B without equal, and i would recommend it couples, groups, and families alike.”

“La Bastide is a most charming and comfortable B&B, surpassed only by Kiek’s hospitality and cooking, one simply must have dinner if available! The breakfasts were delightful, especially the homemade fig preserves, yummy! Conversation with Kiek and the other guests made our trip a much more fulfilling experience, we’ll definitely be coming back.”

“Our stay was wonderful, lovely accommodation and setting. Thank you very much we will definitely see you again!”

Excellent location for visiting the Bordeaux and Bergerac region, and close to many nice restaurants and small picturesque towns. The house is idyllic, and would be the sort of house I would buy if I could afford it. The perfect place to come and relax. It is like being in your own luxury mansion.”

From the welcome, to the check out you will love this gem set in the most spectacular situation within easy driving distance to various highlights of the area including St Emilion. The hosts are thoughtful, caring & informative. I could not wait to return for my boost of serenity for all my 3 nights.”
