Nearby Attractions: From Spoleto where culture and art live together in a fascinating and charming decadent atmosphere, to Assisi, the mystic town, lies a marvellous valley and its medieval villages like Campello, Trevi, Montefalco, Bevagna and Spello which represent the human, landscape and environmental features of this region, making it one of the most fascinating and suggestive regions in Italy.

Umbria is an antique green land, where everything is still genuine: craftsmen who hand on from father to son their precious experiences which are not influenced by time, the food cooked in the traditional way and hotels which are often restored antique residences, where everybody can feel in contact with nature and history. When walking in towns or medieval villages, you can enjoy the pleasure of being continuously surprised by new landscapes which often save a surprise.

"Thanks you for recommending Villa Milani in Spoleto. We have just returned and are still marvelling at this property and how well Luigi treated us. He gave us a tour of the tower room and was quite proud of all the mechanics in that room. He said that Clare had a wild party up there! I'd love to hear the details."

"We visited Villa Milani during our honeymoon trip to Monte Carlo and Italy. We spent 3 days at this incredibly beautiful property and were disappointed we didn't reserve a longer stay. The staff were informed about the history of the Villa as well as the surrounding area. Their entire focus was to make our stay as relaxing as possible. They offered to serve us our meals anywhere we desired on the property with a choice of the terrace overlooking the ancient city of Spoleto to the pool terrace. The accommodations, themselves, were impeccable and of the highest quality. Our bathroom was beautiful with all the accessories of a 5 star hotel from the bathrobes and slippers to the toiletries. We not only highly recommend this hotel; but are determined to return ourselves for another, longer stay to further explore the vineyards and olive groves of the surrounding area."
