Cozumel is the ideal place to practice the sport of scuba diving. Back in the late 50s, the famed oceanographer, Jacque Cousteau "discovered" or rather informed the world of, what is now known as the second largest barrier reef system in the world.

The quiet residential street, Calle 7, allows easy walking access to the main square and commercial area of San Miguel de Cozumel. Amigo's Cozumel B&B is just five city blocks from the turquoise blue Caribbean for which Cozumel is so famous for.

"Amigos Hostel is great. Clean facilities, the pool is huge, great staff. Super safe and comfortable. We stayed five nights and could have stayed more if our flight wasn't so close. The owner helped us pick the best spots to visit and made us pancakes in the morning. I have nothing bad to say about this hostel! I recommend it to all backpackers on a budget."
