"Peaceful resort close to the beach, really good food (at the inner restaurant). I recommend it: good quality at reasonable prices."
"This is our second visit to Charela Inn. They are our family away from home. Charela Inn is a wonderful place with great people and a beautiful beach."
"We stayed at the Charela Inn for the first time and found it a small but charming hotel with a very personalized atmosphere. The staff did their utmost to make our stay a pleasant one. The beach with its palm trees is beautiful and relaxing. The evening meals are delicious. They also have very good entertainment two nights per week."
"Located on the calmest part of the ocean with blue/green waters. Perfectly distanced away from the loud bars, but close enough to walk to. Awesome Kuyaba restaurant, Jungle night club are at a walking distance. Everything you want to do is available right from the back of the hotel on the beach. I would certainly stay there again."
"This is a beautiful spot on Negril's seven mile beach! We have stayed many times over the years, our daughter just about grew up here. We tried to go twice a year. She is now out of college and just about on her own. The folks there always remember us! Great owners and staff. We soon be back!"
"Hands down, Charela has the best beach front. The whole staff was great. Very professional and helpful. The pool, which is more of a dipping pool than a swimming pool, was wonderful. The vibe of this hotel is very quiet and laid back, but elegant."

"We had our wedding and honeymoon at the Charela and had a fantastic time. The food in the restaurant was wonderfully fresh and appetizing. The prices were perfect for what we got. Our wedding was right on the beach in front of the Charela with everyone to see. Also since it was our wedding, the hotel restaurant baked our cupcake wedding cake and they where all so very hospitable and accommodating during our entire stay. We had a wonderful time."
"We had a great time at the Charela Inn. The accommodations were comfortable. The food was good. The beach is gorgeous, with smooth white sand and turquoise/green/blue water. The beach attendant was always attentive with enough beach chairs and a fresh supply of beach towels. The entire staff was cordial and accommodating. Real Jamaican hospitality! Their responsiveness to our every need was, truly, irie mon! I would go back there."
