Activities/Attractions: Buenos Aires, Argentina's largest city, is a seductive world capital located on the banks of the Rio de la Plata. Portenos, as the diverse people of Buenos Aires are known, possess an elaborate and rich cultural identity. Built by European immigrants, Buenos Aires often surprises first-time visitors with its resemblance to parts of Barcelona, Paris, and Rome.

Buenos Aires is more known for its world-renowned culture than famous monuments. Buenos Aires, as well as the Portenos, is characterized by pride in its character and uniqueness. The book readers in the outdoor cafés, the dancers in the smoky tango bars, and the passionate citizens discussing government and futból on the street-corners are all part of the essence of Buenos Aires. The city has one of the greatest entertainment and nightlife scenes in the world. Theaters, tango shows, bars, and clubs all exhibit the great South American flair. Nearby our B&B you'll find:

  • The 'Tres de Febrero' Park is an example of Paris influence and it was designed by architect Carlos Thays
  • There is an artificial lake, bridges, old trees and delightful sculptures and fountains
  • The 'Planetario Galileo Galilei' (Galileo Galilei Planetarium)
  • The 'Jardín Japonés' (Japanese Gardens)

"Olleros 3000 is a unforgettable experience. Claudine and Juan made our stay in BA one not to forget! A must stay in BA. Close to everything, safe neighborhood. Very nice decorated. Just go there and experience it."

"I think Olleros 3000 is the perfect place to stay while in Buenos Aires: excellent bedrooms and toilets, central and still residential location and, the most important, the hosts are really charming and brilliant advisors on the city."

"This place is wonderful and the owners even more so!! It is walking distance to Palermo and some of the best places in Buenos Aires to eat and have a drink! Would highly recommend to anyone!"

General Information: Having gained experience as owners of the now closed B&B Olleros3000, the managers of SSA offer 5 upscale furnished apartments (flats) for 2-3-4 people in the best neighborhoods of Buenos Aires: 2 in Recoleta, 2 in Palermo Hollywood (one with swimming pool and BBQ), 1 on Av. de Mayo downtown.

Surrounded by museums, restaurants, shops, antique stores or parks, they all offer the most up-to-date facilities as well as free Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning (hot/cold) and maid service once a week for stays of over 10 days.

"We never expected to enjoy the accommodations so much as we did. Claudine and Juan made everything pleasant and personal. Of course this made our vacation better than we had hoped for. After returning to Columbus, Ohio in the USA, we told all of our friends about Claudine and Juan and their perfect hospitality."

"Olleros 3000 is exactly what you would define the perfect or ideal bed and breakfast. It is perfectly located (short distance from Palermo, which now it is the best barrio of Buenos Aires, full of restaurants and nice shops): it has beautiful and very clean rooms (especially the suite), where there is all you need for your staying (air conditioning, TV, etc.) ;the breakfast is very good (try the medialunas, please) and served in the dining room of the family, a room with a plenty of books and good paintings (and good music too!); moreover, the house is very nice. But most of all, Claudine and Juan are two wonderful persons, I dare say two friends. Highly recommended. I don't think you could find something better for the price."

"Claudia and Juan were extremely helpful. They went above and beyond what would be expected. Because they were so accommodating, they made our first trip to Buenos Aires an unforgettable experience. We were spared so many of the frustrations of "first time" visitors. We highly recommend that others stay in their warm, comfortable suite which is located in a residential area so you don't find yourself surrounded by other tourists. They even helped us with our trip to Uruguay!"

"Flo and I want to thank you for all your assistance while we stayed at your lovely home this past November. I doubt that our travel experience would have been anywhere near as enjoyable without your gracious assistance. Again thank you for making our visit to Buenos Aires and Uruguay such a wonderful experience."

"We highly recommend Olleros 3000 for the style, ambiance, value and most importantly, the owners. Juan and Claudine made us feel like friends, not tourists. They went out of their way to share their knowledge and love of Buenos Aires and to help with travel plans throughout Argentina. With only three rooms, it was also easy to get to know our fellow travelers. Our stay at Juan and Claudine's made Buenos Aires our favorite city in both Argentina and Brazil. We can't wait to go back!"

"I have stayed at literally dozens of places all over the world and I must say that Claudine and Juan are tops. You will enjoy Buenos Aires very much if you stay here because it is close to EVERTHING!"

"Such a fantastic place to stay and the hospitality of the owners is second to none!!!"

"Olleros 3000 is in an area that has easy access to the subway and it is close to the area of Palermo Viejo that has great restaurants and shops. It is a beautifully restored home and is quiet and peaceful."

"Friendly and pleasant place to stay near Palermo, perfect starting point to discover Buenos Aires. If you like enjoying your breakfast in a nice patio with the daily journal, this is your place."
